Absolutely beautiful! I've found that ranunculus don't like the heat, however--mine shriveled up and died while we were gone during the heat a week ago. It probably didn't help that I forgot to tell my son to water it:)

We can buy very beautiful flowers made from stained shavings of wood. These photos remind me of them.

I didn't like them much at first but thru the years Ranunculus have grown on me and now I think they are gorgeous.

That plant shouldn't be called Ranunculus. Its so pretty it should be called Ridiculus.
