Here is possibility #1, "Playtime for Stout"
Stout is my next-door neighbors' American Bull Terrier (fortunately, they are wonderful neighbors, unlike the infamous neighbor of Helen Yoest). Stout was having so much fun with his agility tunnel, but not in the prescribed way. I just love how he's smiling in the spring shade.
#2, "Embraceable You"
It looks like the Clematis tendrils are about to hug the bud of 'Silver Moon.'
#3, "Gimme Shelter'
The ant tries to avoid getting wet while still enjoying the sticky stuff from Peony 'Mons. Jules Elie.'
So what do you think, #1, #2, or #3 best fits the theme?

#3! Love them all, but 3 is my fave.
I like #1 and #3.
Number three, but make sure you emphasis the ant in your description to them. I also love #1. Thanks for asking.~~Dee
Oh gee whiz, I would say two, I just love all the shades of green and your amazing photographic skills.
They're all winners in my book, MMD! But I think my vote goes to number 3--the title says it all:)
#3! (But I also adore the photo of Stout. What a cutie!)
My vote is for #3, but #1 definitely has a playful feel to it. But I love the detail of #3, so that's my pick.
Hard decision because they are all wonderful photos. I love #2 and #3 but I think #1 best fits the subject category.
Garden whimsy? #3 is my vote. General all-purpose whimsy? #1 would be my vote. (Great smile on that dog!)
Btw, I think number 3 would go great with a little poem of sorts! :-)
I like number 3!
Nice photos! My favorite is number three.
They are nice photos! #1 says it all to me.
Thanks, everyone. I guess the consensus is #3.
They are all beautiful but I prefer the third one! So beautiful and it made me missed the rain.
Oh, I guess I'm late. To me, #1 says spring fling, but #3 is a more enticing photo.
I'm just glad I get to see them all ;->
